Preparation: Julienne the vegetables and cut the Cheongpo-muk into bite-sized pieces.
Seasoning: Mix soy sauce, minced garlic, sesame oil, and sesame seeds to create the dressing.
Combine: Gently toss the Cheongpo-muk and vegetables with the dressing.
Haemul-Pajeon

Fresh Kimchi

Ingredients: Spring cabbage(봄동), coarse salt, garlic, ginger, fish sauce, red pepper powder, sugar.
Salting: Cut the cabbage and sprinkle with salt. Let it sit until wilted, then rinse and drain.
Paste: Blend garlic, ginger, fish sauce, red pepper powder, and a bit of sugar to create the seasoning paste.
Mixing: Thoroughly coat the cabbage with the seasoning paste.
Fermentation: Store in an airtight container at room temperature for a day, then refrigerate.
